DENVER (KDVR) — Four people were displaced after a fire in Aurora on Thursday morning, according to a post on X from Aurora Fire Rescue.
Around 11 a.m. on Thursday, Aurora firefighters responded to reports of a structure fire that took place in the 1300 block of South Florence Street.
About thirty minutes later, Aurora Fire Rescue provided an update that the fire was under control and did not spread into neighboring homes.
One dog had to be rescued from the building.
There were no injuries from the incident, but two adults, two children and a dog were displaced because of the fire.
Crews are working to determine the cause of the fire.
