DENVER (KDVR) — A multi-million dollar house is for sale in Breckenridge — but it’s not your average ski town mansion. This home comes with a treehouse-inspired lookout across the Front Range.

Less than 10 miles from downtown Breckenridge lies 320 Headlight Drive, a mansion listed on LIV Sotheby’s International Realty for $7.25 million. While it has all the bells and whistles of a mansion, like a home theater and a game room, one of the biggest features of the house is on the outside.

The house has an elevated walkway to a treehouse-inspired room that overlooks the Tenmile Range, Gore Range and the Continental Divide. With 360-degree mountain views, the room could be used as a meditation room, yoga space, art studio or office, but you might not get a lot of work done.
