DENVER (KDVR) — One of the largest ski-in, ski-out homes in the country that sits in Bachelor Gulch broke a record sale in early October.
The multi-million-dollar house on Horizon Drive was on the market in August, but by early October, LIV Sotheby’s International Realty sold the home for $24.9 million, surpassing the previous price record of a $19 million home in Bachelor Gulch.
Here’s a look inside:
The reality said the six-bedroom, 10,121-square-foot estate can sleep up to 20 people. With 8.61 acres of land and access to Beaver Creek, it’s one of the biggest ski-in, ski-out homesites in the country.
The house also comes with a home theater, a temperature-controlled wine cellar, a steam room and a custom hot tub. The lower family room has a wet bar and pool table, while the primary suite has double closets, a soaking tub and a private deck.
