DENVER (KDVR) — Police are investigating the scene of a robbery that occurred on Thursday afternoon in Brighton, according to a social media post from the Brighton Police Department.
The robbery took place at a Murphy’s Express off East Bromley Lane.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male about 5’6,” 160-180 pounds, with black and gray hair, wearing a black hat and having tattoos on his hands and face.
He is armed and at large, police said.
The victim in the robbery sustained minor injuries but was not shot.
Investigators will provide more information when it becomes available.
