DENVER (KDVR) — Several Denver Broncos watch parties are set as the team plays an early morning game on Sunday versus the New York Jets in London.
Fliers for several events at different venues in the Denver metro area have been spotted, from Westminster to Northglenn to Thornton.
Just north of Denver in the town of Milliken, the owners of O’Hara’s Irish Pub, Rex and Bek Wallis, are prepping for the game’s early start time at 7:30 a.m.
“Bar gets pretty packed for Broncos games. A lot of orange and blue,” said Wallis.
Rex and Bek Wallis say they are planning to host a potluck and even offer a bloody mary bar for customers to enjoy.
Rex and Bek Wallis say they realize fans in Broncos country may have a hard time making it in for the early kick-off, but they will have their doors open by 7 a.m. for anyone wanting to attend.
Other bars hosting early morning watch parties include Tom’s Watch Bar in Denver, The BackYard Sports Lounge in Westminster.
