Proposition LL asked voters to authorize the “Healthy School Meals for All” — the free school meals program first approved by voters in 2022 — to use about $12 million in tax dollars already collected for the program but slated to be refunded to taxpayers.
Proposition MM asked voters to decide on increasing free school meal funding by placing a lower cap on tax deductions for individuals who make $300,000 or more a year.
