DENVER (KDVR) – Winds will be brisk and breezy Thursday afternoon with a mix of sun and clouds for Denver and the Front Range.
Weather today: Breezy and mild
A weak system will impact the state Thursday, adding some extra clouds and chances for some light snow in the northern mountains. Highs today will stay above average in the upper 60s.

The wind will also become brisk through the afternoon, but luckily, it’ll slow as the sun sets. As the sun sets temperatures will dip into the 50s for the Broncos’ game.

Weather tonight: Clearing and chilly
Skies will slowly clear tonight as the wind becomes lighter out of the south. Overnight low temperatures will dip into the middle 30s, getting us closer to seasonal averages.

Looking ahead: A cooler weekend
Friday finishes off the workweek with more sunshine, lighter winds, and above average highs in the lower 60s. The weekend is looking a little cooler with some extra clouds. Saturday could see some light snow along the I-70 corridor as Denver has a mix of sun and clouds. Winds will be brisk on Saturday as highs reach the middle 50s. Sunday is cooler as highs struggle to get past the 50-degree mark with lighter winds and more sunshine.

Monday kicks off the next workweek with the mild temperatures in the upper 60s returning as skies stay sunny. Tuesday is just as nice with abundant sunshine and mild highs in the upper 60s. Wednesday adds some extra clouds with comfy highs in the middle 60s.
