Weather today: Windy and cool
Denver metro highs will be a few degrees cooler than Friday in the lower 60s in Denver, with some 70s down in the southeastern corner of Colorado. Breezy conditions will make these temperatures feel just a tad chillier, but sunshine will prevail and make for a fantastic weekend of weather.

Weather tonight: Breezy and Cool
Overnight lows drop into the middle 30s in the metro area, even colder air is likely across the eastern plains. Winds will calm down before midnight and will move out of the southwest anywhere from 5-15 mph.

Looking ahead: Warmer and Sunny Sunday
Southwesterly flow will return on Sunday, boosting temperatures into the middle 70s, around 10 degrees above average for mid-October. However, this will be short-lived as another cold front will swing through dry on Sunday night into Monday, knocking our highs back down to the 60s for the first half of next week.

Overnight lows will also take a trip back to the middle to upper 30s, giving us our longest stretch of 30s that’s been seen in Denver since late Spring.
