DENVER (KDVR) — Unseasonably warm temperatures are around for another day, Sunday, but the Denver weather forecast does feature cooler, more seasonable weather to end the month of October.

The Broncos are back at home Sunday as they host the Cowboys. Temperatures should be in the upper 60s for kickoff, touching 70 degrees, before ending in the middle to upper 60s for the end of the game. Dry conditions with partly sunny skies are expected, but it may be a bit breezy.
Weather tonight: Another quiet night

Clouds gradually increase overnight Saturday, but dry conditions are expected. Temperatures will be well above normal with overnight lows around metro Denver only near 40 degrees (average is 33 degrees). Winds will come from the south with occasional gusts to 20 miles per hour
Weather tomorrow: Still mild, but turning breezy

Sunday begins sunny with light winds. Afternoon highs will again be around 70 degrees in northeast Colorado. Winds turn to the east around 5-15 miles per hour with gusts of 20 miles per hour. Clouds also increase through the afternoon, but dry weather is expected.
Looking ahead: A bit cooler next week
The northern high country has a chance for snow beginning late Sunday night and continuing into Monday afternoon. Don’t rejoice ski and snowboard lovers; this event looks modest at best with only a few inches for the ski areas, but higher amounts are possible on mountain tops.

A cold front on Monday will help knock temperatures into the lower 60s, but still slightly warmer than normal. Winds will be gusty from the northwest up to 30 miles per hour. Tuesday cools even further with a rare day below normal when highs only reach the low 50s. The Halloween forecast looks good with partly sunny skies, highs near 60, and dry conditions expected for trick-or-treating.
