DENVER (KDVR) – Colorado will see scattered showers in the high country Friday as metro Denver weather sees cloudy skies with mild highs.
Weather today: Cloudy and comfy
The cloudy skies are across most of the state Friday with most of the showers staying in the higher elevations. Denver will get highs in the middle 70s with the small chance for a shower in the evening hours.

Weather tonight: Mild and cloudy
The clouds will stick around tonight, keeping overnight low temperatures mild in the lower 50s. Winds stay light tonight with light rain possible in the mountains.

Looking ahead: Spotty showers, slight cool-down
There will still be plenty of clouds on Saturday with scattered showers staying over the mountains as the Front Range can see some passing showers too. Highs Saturday are still mild in the middle 70s with a light wind. Sunday brings in some partial clearing to round out the weekend as highs reach the middle 70s. There is the chance for some light rain and even snow in the mountains on Sunday.

Monday will feel like fall with cooler highs in the middle 60s and a mix of sun and clouds. Tuesday brings back mainly sunny skies and highs reach the 70 degree mark. Wednesday has mostly sunny skies and mild highs in the lower 70s. More seasonal average temperatures in the upper 60s are here on Thursday with a mix of sun and clouds.
