DENVER (KDVR) — Sunshine and warmer temperatures return to the Denver weather forecast this weekend with unseasonably warm weather.
Dry conditions are expected across the state with changes arriving late Sunday.
Weather tonight: Clearing skies

Mountain rain and snow shower activity will end overnight with skies clearing across much of the state.
Temperatures around metro Denver will dip into the upper 30s, which is still slightly warmer than average. Winds will be light.
Weather tomorrow: Sunny and warmer

Saturday begins with ample sunshine around the state. Temperatures will climb into the low 70s thanks to that extra sunshine and a southerly wind around 5 to 10 mph.
Looking ahead: Quiet weather ends October
While the northern high country may see rain and snow late Sunday into Monday, metro Denver likely stays dry, outside of the possibility of a stray shower.
The Broncos game will feature increasing clouds during the game, but staying dry with slightly breezy winds from the north and northeast. Temperatures will fall back to the low 60s, closer to seasonal values. It will be windy, however.

Afternoon highs will see-saw through the final days of October. Tuesday sees the area fall into the upper 50s, which is seasonal, before bouncing back into the low 60s on Wednesday.
The metro area will close the month with near seasonal highs in the upper 50s and low 60s. The weather for Halloween looks quiet as of now.
