DENVER (KDVR) – Afternoon and evening showers and storms will keep temperatures below average across the Front Range to start the week.
Weather today: Cloudy with showers
Cloudy skies are here to start the week, meaning highs will be below average in the middle 70s. Showers are possible through the afternoon with storm pushing through in the evening hours.

Heavier rain is possible south of Denver, for Colorado Springs and south, that could lead to localized flooding. A Flood Watch is in effect from noon until midnight.

Weather tonight: Cloudy skies
A spotty shower can linger past sunset tonight as the cloudy skies don’t go anywhere. Winds stay fairly light through the night with seasonal lows in the upper 50s.

Looking ahead: Staying mild and rainy
Shower chances are a little smaller on Tuesday afternoon as skies are partly cloudy and highs make it to the middle 70s. Wednesday has better chances for showers and storms during the second half of the day. Highs on Wednesday will be near the 80-degree mark with cloudy skies.

Thursday has decent chances for showers and storms through the afternoon with mild highs in the upper 70s. Friday rounds out the workweek with spotty shower and storm chances as highs hit the 80-degree mark. The weekend is slightly drier with smaller storm chances, partly cloudy skies and highs in the lower 80s.
