DENVER (KDVR) — Sunshine and warmer temperatures move into Denver’s weather forecast for the start of the workweek ahead of another chance for showers and a cooldown.
Weather tonight: Mainly clear, seasonal
Sunday night will stay mainly clear and seasonally cool. Low temperatures will fall toward 50 degrees, which is right in line with normal for this time of year.

Weather tomorrow: Sunny, warmer
Sunshine returns for the start of the workweek. This will help boost high temperatures on Monday to the low to mid-80s, which is just a few degrees above normal.

Looking ahead: Shower chances, cooler
The next big chance moves in Tuesday and Wednesday with a cold front. This front will live up to its name by dropping temperatures below normal and bringing back the chance for rain.

Tuesday, temperatures will reach the mid to upper 70s ahead of afternoon and evening showers and storms. Rain and thunderstorms in the forecast for Wednesday will keep temperatures even cooler, only reaching the upper 60s, which is more than 10 degrees below normal for this time of year. There is a slight chance for afternoon showers on Thursday, then temperatures climb back up to more seasonal levels in the upper 70s on Friday and Saturday.
