Mainly sunny skies are here for Wednesday afternoon with warm highs topping out in the upper 80s. Some clouds push in for the afternoon with the very small chance for a shower. The mountains can get some showers later in the evening.

Weather tonight: Partly cloudy
The rain in the high country from the evening can linger into Thursday morning. Clouds move in and stick in Denver for the end of the workweek. Winds will be light on Wednesday night as lows are warm near the 60-degree mark.

Looking ahead: Scattered showers into the weekend
Thursday has better chances for scattered showers and storms through the entire day with extra clouds and highs in the mid-80s.
Friday rounds out the workweek with partly to mainly cloudy skies, showers through the day and more seasonal highs in the lower 80s.
