DENVER (KDVR) — A giant pumpkin weighing more than 1,500 pounds is currently on display at the Denver Botanic Gardens’ main location in Denver.
The pumpkin, which weighs 1,572 pounds in total, was grown by Chad New and will be carved in front of visitors by a professional artist from 9 a.m. to noon on Thursday, according to DBG.
DBG said the pumpkin and its final design will be on display through Sunday, Nov. 2, at its main location at 1007 York St. in Denver, weather permitting.
