Through their initial investigation, deputies determined an incident occurred at a house party at the address, resulting in possibly one or more suspects firing multiple rounds.
MCSO is investigating the incident as a double homicide.
The Mesa County Coroner’s Office will determine the cause and manner of death and identify the victims once the next of kin has been notified.
MCSO asks if anyone has information regarding the shooting, contact non-emergency dispatch at 970-242-6707 and reference case number 25-41695.
“More information regarding the investigation and suspect(s) will be released as appropriate,” according to the sheriff’s office.
