DENVER (KDVR) — A $32 million Mountain Village home is on the market as the highest-priced listing in the Telluride region, with anything from a home theater to a pickleball court inside.
Telluride is a renowned ski town with many multi-million-dollar mansions. While many are on the market for anywhere between a million dollars and over $20 million, Sotheby’s International Realty listed this ski-in, ski-out mountain estate for even more.
The 16,122-square-foot on-mountain house has access to Telluride’s Galloping Goose ski trail. It has all the winter amenities, like a ski and snowboard locker room, resort-inspired sauna and a hot tub for after the mountain. Despite being dubbed a ski house, it has even more inside.
Walking into the seven-bed, 12-bathroom house, there’s noticeable mining vernacular architecture. The listing said locally quarried stone and reclaimed timbers were used to build parts of the house.
Inside, there is a 4,600-square-foot recreation facility with indoor basketball, pickleball courts and a batting cage. The house also comes with a fitness center, home theater and game room. There are also bunk rooms and a primary suite with an outdoor shower.
The house is listed for $32 million, which the realty said was the highest-priced listing in Mountain Village and the entire Telluride region.
